Past Album Progress Updates
August 25, 1999
Well, things are moving, but slowly. Calvin and I met last Sunday to do some listening to the finished stuff, and we decided to ditch the vocals on the new stuff due to use of a poor quality microphone. We are toying with the idea of a live recording. Therefore, we need a good vocal mic, and we would like to play a few places to get an idea on how this music is received by others.
Otherwise, there is little news. Bob is arranging some new songs, and we are looking for more musicians. Frank has been hired (at his own request) as our Bad News Guy -- he will call you if something is wrong.
Where are we going from here?
Our next step is an audition at Common Grounds Coffeeshop in Antioch. Our prayer is that God will be the ultimate Producer of this adventure, because that is the only way it will succeed. Prayers are welcomed!!!!
